Just completed a stay here. I also stayed at this same property about a year ago. Neither stay was anything special--but my stay a year ago was superior to my latest (which will be my last) stay here.

The whole area directly in front of the front entrance and parking lot of the DT Club is under construction. They're building some building as a part of an "O.C. Skyline" project. The signage directing people to the hotel through the construction areas was non-existent, as far as I could tell.

When I walked into the hotel at 6 PM on Friday evening, I had to wait approximately two and a half minutes for one of the front desk agents to come out from the back. There were three or four other people in line behind me, and a second guy finally emerged from the back to help the first guy check people in.

I received coupons for a complimentary cocktail in the evening and a complimentary breakfast the next morning; but I didn't use either coupon.

The hotel fitness center has recently been relocated to one of the meeting rooms while they renovate the existing fitness room.

I saw a note at the front desk that said the hotel restaurant was going to be closed this past Saturday night, but room service would remain available. I'm not sure how long the restaurant was/will be out of commission.

The high-speed internet access wasn't assigning me an IP address. It appeared to be having issues despite my trying to repair the connection in Windows several times. I just pulled out my Sprint card as an alternative to their wired access. No wireless is offered in the rooms--can't speak to whether or not wireless is available in the public areas of the hotels.

All-in-all, this stay wasn't awful; but there was nothing about the stay that makes me want to go back to the hotel again. Next time, I'll either stay at the Doubletree across MacArthur Blvd. from the DT Club or another HHonors property in the area.
