No. I believe a PM whose CRC access expired on 2/28/07 can purchase a CRC membership for $125 any time in 2007. Also, if you do it by the end of June, use the "FIRSTCLASS" promotional code to receive an additional $25 discount. My CRC membership (purchased before I became PM) expires in August, and I'm going to spend the $100 before the end of June to save the $25.

I was already pretty sold on renewing my membership, but the complimentary WiFi definitely puts it over the top.
