I doubt NW will drop KOA out of the SEA-OGG-KOA-SEA route, since NW is taking advantage of the KOA's longer runway. KOA stop is made due to OGG's short runway. With full fuel, full passenger, and 757-300's slow climb, it'll require longer runway. With the KOA stop, NW was able to leave OGG with less fuel, and requiring shorter runway.
