Actually Pinkberry is suffering through a massive PR problem, since what they are selling ain't legally "yogurt", it originates from some mysterious powdered mix. The SoCal press and blogs are having a field day. In fact if you visit Pinkberry's website, they have removed any reference to it being yogurt, and put up this announcement:
As some of you are aware, claims have been made recently about the nature of our products. We want to assure everybody who enjoys Pinkberry that the product is wholesome and made with fresh ingredients. We are, of course, investigating these claims and look forward to being able to demonstrate the quality of our product.
