The mark of a good airline with good customer service is when agents involved really step up in the face of irregular operations. With significant multi-day delays or cancellations, you had better believe that the likes of Barbara Higgins will be all over this, and from what I hear, she is someone that really takes things by the reigns and puts action plans around them, in order to learn from previous mistakes with the aim to prevent them from ever happening again.
