BAEC is usually pretty good. Just phone with your BAEC number (which if you are like me with 3 FF, 3 Hotels and 2-3 others all memorised should be easy) and they'll ask you a few security questions (d.o.b, post code, etc.) and then give you your booking ref. And if IIRC they can even check you in (though they are no longer supposed to) and you collect your BP at the airport.
