William I had a booking in last year for a hotel for new years eve it stated cancel by 6pm on 30th dec( 1 day prior)
in about november the cancellation details changed to non cancellable forfiture of amount after 6 july which was when I had booked it.
I called the hotel and they said yes that is right
when I faxed in my original booking they changed it to
well cancel by 30th nov or forfit your amount.
i kicked up

they said bad luck this is your new cancellation policy

is a hotel able to change cancellation details because they want to. I was so annoyed I cancelled the booking anyway.
