Hello
My dad was supposed to leave with flight 967 from Rome this morning. The flight was delayed indefinitely and they offered the Business and First Class passengers to fly on the special 9785 flight in Economy Plus (if they really wanted to get out that day).
Matter of fact... later flight 967 was canceled.

Is my dad entitled to a refund. The ticket was a full J ticket for $7,000.

Other question. His business payed for it, can the business only get the refund or is there a way for him to keep the money?
