I use flightcomm (go to google and type in flight tracker, it's the first one that comes up)

It goes off registered flight plans so it's WAY more accurate

In fact, it told me I had a cancelled flight BEFORE Southwest flew me to Phoenix, told me my flight was cancelled, and then flew me back to Ontario.
