Since you have so much time to kill then you might want to spend some time in the T5 lounge before picking up your bags. It's probably much nicer than the domestic lounge in T4. It's up the stairs (on your right if you arrive at gates 1-8 on the A pier) just before you walk down to baggage. Overall, T4 is quite busy and cramped.
