Yes, the Alders Beach Resort on Vancouver Island. The resort was originally built in the 1920s by the Comox Valley Logging company. Many people, including my sister, report seeing the ghost of an old woman dressed in what appear to be period clothes from the twenties or thirties. She only shows herself to women, and never gets closer that what appears to be ten feet away. Sometimes she's seen by women peering into the windows of the old cottages from outside.

Although she only shows herself to women, men have heard her (myself included), and sometimes she'll do things like switch lights on and off or turn the water on or off.
