I too was delayed out of Boston for two hours for my trip via Philly to Tampa and missed my connection. At Phily Customer sevrices there was a long que some foreigners got hotel & meal vouchers but most got $69 rate that they had to pay. Tempers got pretty nasty at times and by the time I got to the desk the two staff looked beat. I was polite unlike others and despite being told it was a ATC delay that caused me to miss my connection was given a hotel coupon for Quality Inn Gloucester City (Trade Discriptions Act should be notified what a dump).
Anyway here at Philly now for my 7.35am flight which is delayed already by hour and a half, what fun..........
