I wouldn't count on it. I think you'll see OGG out of SEA if anything. Hawaiian flies the 767 from both PDX & SEA. That's a lot of seats from the pacific northwest every week for a smaller island.
Lihue is great for Alaska because Hawaiian can't go there with their 767. The runway is too short. So Alaska creates there own monopoly on the market already and flies an aircraft more suitably sized for the island. (that is unless Aloha starts the route)
I'd say Kona might be a possibility if NWA ever drops it. I don't think it's performing extremely well for them. Likely an issue with an aircraft too large and a small presence in Seattle. With Alaska picking up passengers from Seattle, I will bet that NWA will start to cut capacity to Hawaii within the next year or two anyway.
