To me, Sheratons aren't that much better than a Holiday Inn. Sure there are some very nice properties but there are also some that I wouldn't pay $50 to stay at. I think if you are rating the "Brand", you must look at it as a whole. I was also under the impression that Westin was a "step up" from Sheraton, not the same level.
