CPH is legendary for misplacing baggage: just take any flight that has just 45 mins connecting and invloves transfer from europe to a intercontinental flight. Our company travel office booked many of us on the cheap(er) SAS flights to Asia and ORD and we had delayed luggage which each flight. SAS is prepared/used to such occurences and offers next to no compensation. A complaint letter to the FTL/SEN helpdesk at LH gave us all 10-20 000 miles as compensation.
