Well, could be I overreacted a bit. I am wondering because it is completely permissable to choose certain routes and flights that have a high risk of delay or luggage delay and in that case some people may have insurrance, which would pay for clothing, meals and stuff - in any case the carrier would be liable for some kind of damages.
