I just got the First Hawaiian Bank Continental OnePass credit card. (Before, it was only available to residents of Guam). The targeted offer I got waived the $30~ annual fee and offered 15,000 bonus miles. It's 1/$. Hopefully they treat me better than Chase (I have that one too).
