Card first issued January, 2007. Made purchase, got bill for purchase and $140 fee. Paid bill. Used Chase message center to ask for fee waiver. Received email via message center that full $140 fee would be waived. It was credited to my account immediately. I continue to use card to the tune of about $3,000 mo. Satisfied.
