Unfortunately their new official policy seems to be to charge the telephone service charge for this though. Even though it is a problem with the internet site, they say that as long as a human is involved the official policy is now to charge a higher service charge (i.e. also when using vouchers at the airports...). Generally though SAS people are very nice and service minded (best in Europe in my opinion) and do it without recalculating the service charge.
