No, there should not be. As noted, if someone is visibly intoxicated, they should no longer be served.

I've been flying regularly for many years. Passenger intoxication is much less of a problem than it used to be. I can't even remember the last flight that I was on where it was problem.

I certainly don't want anyone setting my limit when I'm flying back home LGA-DFW on a Friday night. I know what my limit is and I enjoy the process of reaching it.
