And, for what it's worth, I had my noise cancelling headset with me. My issue was I had just had them on for more than an hour when I took them off for dinner and that's when the ruckus kicked up. I don't care to wear them for hours and hours on end.

But, everyone's correct of course, the FA failed in her job. It's a lot easier, I guess, to continue to serve someone who shouldn't be than to tell them eye to eye that they can no longer be served.

Ugh.
