The online tracer shows that its arrived at london, but it showed that yesterday afternoon so where the hell is it??

I'm not actually totally annoyed that the bag itself hasn't arrived, since we said that he might be leaving today we were told if they couldnt get it to us last night they might keep it at the airport. Whats stupid is that we can't even phone anyone to tell them to deliver it!!

Thanks to this, we've had to cancel an important meeting since our product was in the bag, and a dinner since he had no clothes. But even this is not as important as his diabetic shots that were in the bag.

How the heck do you speak to this ariline??????
well based on the routing it is not clear to me who lost the bag. BUt I am surprised that the poster has not been able to get a phone call answered......
