Thanks for the advice. It really wasn't the flight there that bothered me so much since we would just leave an hour earlier and get there an hour later, it was the return. SQ22 left at 10:50am and got the EWR at 5:50pm while SQ26 doesn't leave till 11:55pm (get to SIN at 7am) and then arrives the following morning in JFK. We were trying to make it back from SIN all in one day since we'll already have redeyed from MLE to SIN. Also, would our flight from DCA to EWR or JFK count as part of our award as well?
