Need Help Getting to Maldives for Honeymoon

My fiance and I are planning going to the Maldives for our honeymoon in May/June 2008. We plan on leaving May 25th and returning on June 7th (leaving Maldives the night of June 6th). We plan on using Mileage Plus miles to fly in business class for this trip but after looking at the ANA tool we are worried about flight availability.

We are leaving from Washington, DC and originally we wanted to fly to EWR, then take SQ21 on May 25 connecting to SQ452 (SIN-MLE). From reading it appears that we wouldn't be able to get business on SQ452 but that's not that big a deal for us. We were also told that since we are going to MLE and that this would cost 120k miles each instead of 90k but again, we don't have much choice.

When using the ANA tool for 330 days out from now looking at April 2008 I can't get a single day to show 2 Raffles seats available for SQ21. I can get it to show Raffles for 1 seat for pretty much every day but nothing for 2 seats. Is this standard for this flight? We would like to know before we call in on July 12 to book the flight what to expect and this somewhat surprised me that they don't even seem to offer more than 1 Raffles seat on that flight. Is our only option to take SQ25 with the stopover in FRA since that shows 2 Raffles seats available? This flight isn't horrible but we really preferred SQ21 as it sounds like a nicer plane, it's a unique flight (longest commercial), and if they don't let us fly from DC to EWR/JFK as part of our award ticket we could get a ride up to EWR much easier than to JFK.

Another worry is the flight coming home. SQ451 arrives in SIN at 7:00am and since we'll have a 12+ hr layover on the way to Maldives we would prefer not to have another one on the way home. Since SQ22 shows the same as SQ21 and SQ26 doesn't fly out until 11:55pm, what is the best possible option to get back to Washington? I know this is long and rambling but I'm trying to be as prepared as possible once the 330 day window opens up. We've been saving these miles for years just for this trip so I want to do it right!

Thanks
