Strange OR would be twice as generous as the other states that give 125 miles/$250?
As for getting both AS and UA miles on the same shopping transaction, the way the system is set up, I don't see how you could "double dip" using the same Safeway member number?

brosnan6, you don't need your actual Safeway card if your existing WA Safeway account is linked to your WA phone number; they should be able to enter it at checkout in CA.
