Congrats on your upcoming blessing!
Think about the shoes you want to travel in. I found my lace up sneakers were best for support in walking through airports etc. But this was pre-shoe-carnival and I was able to keep them on through screening at the time. Not sure if bending over to tie/untie shoes is comfortable for you at this point. It would have been a dealbreaker for me.
I travelled at 24-25 weeks, from AUS-LHR-DUB and back. It was my third pregnancy and I was convinced a week long business trip was 'no big deal'. I was surprised at how hard the trip was on me - even without significant weight gain or swelling, I was exhausted and the Braxton-Hicks contractions got to be a real pain (literally) on the flight home. It was hard to recline adequately on my side in a business class seat. You probably won't be comfortable on your back even at that incline. Can you fly in First?
Also, I found very little help offered to me en route, from lifting my luggage up to the overhead, to a place to sit while waiting in line in customs. Be sure to speak up and ask for help wherever you can.
GL and keep us posted.
