Another thought for this thread....
I'm sure FAMs (Federal Air Marshalls) encounter a chatty pax periodically in flight, and wonder what they say when asked what they do for a living and what company do they work for???
With FAMs the conversation doesn't even get that far. The once or twice I figured a FAM was sitting next to me, he barely managed a hello and buried his nose in a book or something else for the entire flight. Stops any attempt af conversation dead in its tracks.
