I have had a Chase card for 11 years and find it to be very good. The annual fee was $85 this year but I run 50-60k through it every year so the ROI is quite good. Their service to us has been outstanding. Twice, they have identified fraud on the account and called us to let us know and change the account number. They also called once when they saw a charge come through from Poland to verify that one of actually was there. We'll be sticking with them based on the service alone.
