I don't think that you will have a problem with SAS since usual practice is that two letters in the name can be misspelt (travelled under several different spellings of my last name previously without problems).
What I don't know is if security will give you any problems. But I guess they don't double check with the passport as this is the airlines job.
All this might be different out of the US post 9/11 though, but if SAS says it's OK, then it should be!
If you want to be 100% sure, then you can always spend $25 (or around that I believe) on changing the name of the ticket which is possible on all SAS tickets. Just call up SAS reservations, and they will do it!
