Doesn't look like a mistake rate. They offer the same on rakuten as well -- just not very frequently:

The best I could find was a single for 9999 Yen all-in on June 25th with 5 rooms left.

On June 17th and 18th they have 3 rooms left for 10000 each (all-in), but only for late check-in (after 6 pm).

In case Sheraton offers a similar "best rate guarantee" as priorityclub.com (interconti) does: the rates on rakuten.co.jp can be directly booked online with immediate confirmation ;-)
