I had no problems last month. I'm Five Star, booked midsize, drove a Mustang GT with satellite radio. I'm not usually a huge Mustang fan, but I was there solo for a short business trip so I kind of enjoyed it.

I wandered around the garage for a while before finding the rental car area. Poor signage all around. I was alert at return-time - followed signs closely and it wasn't a problem. In general, I think they just expect that all Canadians instinctively know where Pearson is so they don't bother putting up big signs for us Yanks...

It was a normal return - a guy with a handheld device processed it quickly. I didn't feel like he gave me the "Enterprise treatment" as far as looking for door dings or anything. Felt like any American Hertz rental to me...
