Of course it can be done.You might want to check the guidelines to see just what can be transported-but anything frozen should be ok.
It will have to go into the checked luggage-and thus will be subject to weight controls/scruitny/abuse.
It will have to be packed in a styrofom frezzzer box with dry ice/gel pacs -commercial flights do not have frezzer sections.
Sure hope it is worth it and that she understand the risks/expense in transporting food like this.
