It's possible but I don't think they will put it in the freezer on the plane. Pack it in a shipping cooler (medecine, lobsters,etc are shipped in them) and dry ice, and it will stay frozen for plenty of time. If the container is good enough, and it starts off frozen solid, and it fills the container, you probably won't even need the dry ice.

uline and other online box stores sell the containers, though if you have a seafood place, omaha steaks, anything like that nearby, they may have tons they toss all the time.
