Post Try Citizens Bank of Canada

This is a virtual bank based out of vancouver (ING style) that is a subziduary of VanCity Corp that allows four free worlwide ATM withdrawls (minus their internal exchange rate percentage). Just be sure to open a Savings account with them (no min's and the practically the same benefits as a regular Chequing account (i.e. bill payments, same-day internal transfers, etc...). I've had them for about 8 years and their great.

Disclaimer. I get no bonus nor do I have stocks in this company.

The site www.citizensbank.ca

Their current interest on the savings account is about 3.55%
