- Silver H,K,N,B,O,V,U,Q,I,S,W,T,X,L
- Positive-Space Promo Upgrades (only those that allow airport standby)
- Non elites on full Y fares within the U.S. 48 & Space-Available Promo Upgrades (both treated equally)
