... all the upgrade instruments one had available (CRs, e500s, etc.) were already earmarked for an existing reservation, would it be possible to apply that/those same instrument/s to ANOTHER reservation on the occasion of a fare drop?
Is it possible to make reservations and assign in effect one and the same instrument to different PNRs?
I thought not.
