Just caught the 'right' agent at the right time!!! The key is finding an agent that will make a change WITHOUT calling the Rate Desk for advice!! As akways, I keep calling with vigilance until I find that 'right' agent. Expect to make 8-10 calls, and be pleasant with each agent, so no one will be inclined to make any notes in your record!!
