I flew them the middle of last month from MCI to ONT and back. The load on the westbound flight was light, which made the ERJ feel like a true corporate jet. The few passengers onboard were up and about frequently talking with coworkers. The flight attendant gave excellent service on an individual level. She even addressed me several times as Mr. Nimrod, which was pretty cool.:-:

The return flight was more than 90% full, though the good food (the breakfast cookies are fantastic) and XM radio made the 3+ hour flight pass a little quicker.

I'd recommend them based on my experience.^
