The more I think about it, the more sense it would be to have, in the case of a VDB, up to $200 compensation plus returning the (1/2) award to the account after completion of the flight. With capacity controls in force, I can't imagine that it would cost WN that much to do something like this, and in the case that the voucher is scheduled to expire, there may or may not be some type of short (1 month) extension on the award.
