One problem to consider is how cheap CO F fares are:
UA full C JFK-LAX: $2000/way
UA discounted Z JFK-LAX: $900/way
CO full A EWR-LAX: $750/way
CO discounted R EWR-LAX: $600/way
Hm, if UA is charging more (and presumably getting it) for p.s. from JFK, then why would UA want to charge less (using the same airplane) by flying from EWR?
