Not quite, February is not low season (school holidays) brings lots of tourists
Go back to Cordelli's post 4 for the answer... there is no low season...
As to NYCvisit.com and priceline.... waste of time and no big savings.
Lets face it NYC s not cheap but also far from most expensive city to visit.
