I think we should require statements with an asterisk to have real explanations with them.

I maintain there is a glut of award miles available and they need to do something to wittle the stockpile down in order to create overall availability. I also think they need to let me book award tickets no matter what the "award availability" is. If I want to burn 200,000 miles for a coach RT to London I should be able to.
