High on Luv is an official rep and I am not. She may have more info regarding this.
About a month ago I my wife was on a CP (0 cost) with me and both bumped. They gave me the $100 + cost of my ticket. The GA said she would see what she could do for my wife, made a call, and then said she could give $50 + the $100. So WN LUVS U, the unofficial policy was still there
about 3 weeks ago. Moral: If you are on a $0 based ticket and get bumped, have them check on giving you $50 courtesy value for your tix.

Stated often... WN policy should be more liberal (and flexible) for bumps -- especially as loads get higher. The Voucher should be compensation for your
inconvenience, not based on the cost of ticket. A flat $150 for < 2 hr. expected delay; $300 for 2-4hr.; and $450 for over 4 hr. If they cannot get enough on hectic days, offer an additional $100 on top - with Superv. approval. I have never seen where WN cannot get volunteers at these prices.

Maybe easier an option for RR members (and they are often those that take bumps) would be 10 RR; 20RR; 30RR for the same wait times as above. This would be preferrable to me and easier for WN to handle (less paparwork). More valuable for me (I equate 1 RR = $20 due to CP needs), but more seat control for WN as RR Awards are hard to get on busy days.

Without basing the bump reward on cost of ticket, takes much less time for GA to issue an award (all same value and no look ups needed - and I would think less paperwork to issue RR Credit).
