But isn't this normal, when it is available at this prepaid rate? I did see this rate before, but it never occured to me that it was a special rate, that's why never posted it here.

I think it is a good rate if you are around the area.

I had once Sheraton Osaka for 9400+ Yen all in for my stay last weekend. Is that a cheap rate?

Since we are talking about rates, I have also seen the Sheraton Sapporo go down to about 9500 Yen all in for the 1 persons room (Best Avail. Rate)
