is this a new trend ? the last time I read my CC paperwork the only exclusion they had was specialty luxury vehicles (yet they were still covering basic luxury vehicles lide cadi's....)

I could see how they could exclude vehicle not primarily intended to carry people : trucks (box trucks and above) or even commercial vans with no passenger sitting ... but if they start making distinctions about unibody vs frame to make a determination of exclusion that's going to be really annoying when renting SUVs !!!!

if anyone has encountered such an exclusion , please post the CC company's name for the sake of public awareness !
