The holiday season is approaching, so if you are planning a trip sometime next year - try contacting the hotel directly to see if they offer an advance purchase rate. It's usually non-refundable - but it can knock the rack rates down $100 or so.

January-February is slow season. Occasional weekdays and Sundays are usually good bets; and the hotel chain is always a factor when it comes to prices.
