Night and day with various SK phone agents
Earlier today, SK cancelled a reservation by mistake. I spoke to a wonderful agent who was working to reinstate it. He told me to call back in an hour.
So I call back, and a lady picks up my reservation. She says, "Oh, I spoke to you three days ago and told you that you couldn't reserve this through us" (she was wrong) "but you called another agent and did it anyway." (The ticket is a RTW with the first transatlantic on BD. Agent said that SK will only book internation if transatlantic is on SK. While that is true for most tickets, it is not true for RTW).
I was so taken aback by her tone. I said, "That's not accurate. Can you please look at the record. She did and berated me again. So I spoke to the supervisor, who appologized for the misinformation and confirmed the validity of my reservation. I suppose there are some bad eggs among the mostly excellent ones.
