I like the fact that LH lounge is outside security and I have long layover at JFK before connecting.

I have international first class UA ticket. Would like to use LH SEN lounge have a drink take shower before connection. Will I have trouble access LH SEN lounge at JFK showing UA international first ticket? I fly JFK-IAD-FRA in first on UA, but want to use LH lounge at JFK?
