Need to head from SYD to GUM to catch up with some friends. Wanted to know how to best expand the use of my 25,000 award. Can I do a stopover in GUM and then head to another part of Micronesia (any good connections to the CNS flight)? If so -- where would be the best place to go? Also would appreciate any feedback on the best time of the year to visit (keep in mind I would love to escape the awful weather we have been experiencing in SYD this winter as quickly as possible!).

I am assuming I will need to get from SYD to CNS on my own --- although when you purchase SYD to GUM on CO it does allow for a QF flight to CNS.
