Right next to the Crowne Plaza Galleria is a 5 star Holiday Inn. I satyed there last month and found it to be worth the money. It's a little cheaper than the Shangri-La or Dusit but features most of the same bells and whistles. It has a pool, gym, hi-speed internet, etc. It also has an entrance in the Robinson Center which makes it a very convenient place to stay. You can walk right out into the multi-floor mall complex and shop or grab a bite to eat. The food court offers a tremendous variety of foods. Saint Francis Square is very near and offers an assortment of nightlife. My favorite local establishment was the Side Bar. It's a great place to grab a drink with very reasonable prices. The area is congested with traffic but the hotel is very quiet. The room we stayed in was the "City View" deluxe room on the 17th floor. It had an excellent view of Ortegas and the surrounding area. I highly recommend this establishment.
